GTMify, LLC ("GTMify") does not send, and does not permit anyone acting on its behalf to send, unsolicited bulk email advertising gtmify.io or any GTMify product, service or domain. This policy applies to GTMify, its employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates and resellers, and to every sending domain and mailbox GTMify operates.
What we send. GTMify sends business email to named individuals at companies whose role and company profile match a stated business purpose, and to people who have opted in through gtmify.io or a GTMify event. Every message identifies GTMify as the sender, uses a working reply address, and carries a one-click way to decline further contact.
What we do not do. We do not buy or rent consumer email lists. We do not harvest addresses from web sites, directories or social networks for bulk sending. We do not send from forged, borrowed or rotating identities, and we do not use open relays, proxies or third-party servers we do not control. We do not advertise gtmify.io through any affiliate, partner or vendor that sends unsolicited email, and we terminate any relationship found doing so.
Honoring requests. A request to stop, by reply, by unsubscribe link or by any other means, is honored within one business day and applies to every GTMify domain and mailbox. Suppressed addresses are never re-added by a later import. Role addresses (abuse@, postmaster@, security@) are never contacted.
Authentication. Every GTMify sending domain publishes SPF, signs with DKIM, and publishes a DMARC policy of reject. Mail that fails these checks is not ours.
Complaints and enforcement. Report any message you believe violates this policy to [email protected] with the full headers. We investigate every report, respond within two business days, and suppress the recipient and, where warranted, the sender. Any employee, contractor, affiliate or vendor who violates this policy loses sending access and, for third parties, the relationship.
